Your Skin and You

One of the important parts of facial skin care that I seemed to have let fall by the wayside is the exfoliating part. This process removes any dead skin cells, and allows your skin to breath. You end up with a really nice healthy glow. Exfoliate two or three times a week (depending on the time of year and how dry your skin gets) and your face feels like new...Remember it is important to moisturize right after.

This is my scrub of choice. They vary in cost as much as every other type of cosmetic. I have tried the gamut. Pick the one that is best for you and your skin type.

Or make your very own facial scrub too:

Try to remember that your skin is a very important organ. Take good care of it. Use body creams. Of course, like everything in the cosmetic world, these creams vary in cost too, so find the one that suits you and your budget.

And of course the mama of all body creams....

Le Mer

Just because you can't go to a day spa doesn't mean you can't feel like you did.
